By purchasing from BehindthScene, you hereby agree to the T&C listed below.


Order and Delivery
- All items in BehindThScene are based on first-serve-first-paid system. 
- Fill up the Order/Enquiry form should you have any queries or want to make an order.
- After you send in your order, we will get back to you with a confirmation of invoice within 24 hrs.
- Take note that to back out after order has been made will result in immediate blacklisting.
- Customers are allowed to send in order via email to: [email protected] as well. 
   However, priority will be given to customers who sent in orders via the Order Form. 
- Comments/Emails with regards to clarification of doubts shall not be considered as CONFIRMATION. 
   To aid in the ease of transactions, do not proceed with transfer of payment until receiving our invoices.
- For item(s) with a pending status, you may still send in your orders and will be placed on the waiting list should 
   any buyers back out/ backorder's made available.

In cases when the order form is not working or you did not receive a confirmation invoice within 24 hrs,

Payment Mode & Details
We accept:
- DBS/POSB Internet bank transfer
- DBS/POSB ATM Fund transfer 
   (A clear snapshot of transaction receipt is required- Please retain your receipt!!)

All prices are shown in Singapore Dollars and Singapore Dollars are the only acceptable payment currency.
(WE DO NOT ENTERTAIN ANY OTHER FORM OF PAYMENTS.)
- Payment to be made within 24 hours after receiving our invoices.
   Otherwise item will be voided and given to the next customer interested.
- Do inform us if you wish to back out any time. There are other buyers whom are sincere and keen on purchasing the item(s). 
- Payment details will be instructed to you in our confirmation invoice.

Delivery
Normal mail or Registered mail only. Strictly No meets ups.
Normal Postage charges: SGD$1.50
Registered Postage charges: SGD$3.50
** Addition SGD$0.50 for every subsequent item(s)**

- Postage charges fluctuate according to the weight of parcel. Therefore postage charges might defer.
- Item(s) will be mailed out within 3-4 working days after payment has been made.
- Registered Postage is strongly encouraged.
   We will not be held responsible for any lost mail(s) should you choose normal postage. 
- On our part, we will do our best to ensure all
the packaging are properly sealed.
   However we will not be responsible for lost or damaged goods.
- Items once sold are NOT exchangeable/refundable

Exchange Policy
- We will inspect items before mailing out.
- For any defected or wrong item sent, do notify us within 7 days since the day we mail it out.
   However, exchange will only be made on a case-to-case basis to protect our interests as well.
- Deliberate damage of goods such that it will warrant an exchange will not be tolerated.
- We will exchange any defected or wrong item(s) if it is mailed back to us within 3-4 days of our acknowledgement.
   Otherwise, exchange policy will be voided. 
   Refunds will only be applicable when item(s) are Out Of Stock(OOS).
- Customers are to make sure item(s) mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly.
- We will not be responsible for any missing parcel(s) in the process of mailing.
- Items received for return should be in its original, UNWORN condition.
